TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
- Maximum 1 children under 12 years old sharing with parent without extra bed is free of charge on room only
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast.
- Stay during Peak Season Period will compulsory dinner as follows:
- Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2008 at US$ 50 net/person
- New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at US$ 60 net/person
- Children rate is 50% off the adult rate
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 3 days before the arrival date up to no show will be imposed one night room charge or 35% from the package rate
- During High Season: 5 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 35% from the package rate but for no show or same day cancellation will be charged full duration of room reserved
- During Peak Season: 16 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 35% from the package rate but for no show or same day cancellation will be charged full duration of room reserved
