TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- Maximum 1 child under 12 years old sharing with parent without extra bed is free of charge on room only and entitle 50% from adult rate for breakfast
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast.
- Minimum 5 nights stay is required for the peak period (23 Dec' 11 - 05 Jan' 12) and during Lebaran Period ( 28 Aug - 04 Sept' 11). Check in and check out is not allowed on 31 December 2011
- Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card or bank transfer
- Stay during Peak Season Period will compulsory dinner as follows:
- Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2011 at cost USD 60
- New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2011 at cost USD 110
- Children rate is 50% off the adult rate
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 10 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge, but if the cancellation is made within 5 days before arrival up to show, the full room night reserve will be charged
- During High Season: 16 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge, but if the cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival up to show, the full room night reserve will be charged
- During Peak Season: 30 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge, but if the cancellation is made within 16 days before arrival up to show, the full room night reserve will be charged
- No Show will be charged entire of booking reserved will be imposed as a no show fee
