TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent in Superior, Deluxe and Executive Deluxe Room is Free of charge with rollaway bed only and Breakfast for children will be charged US$ 5 per child per day.
Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast.

For staying during the Peak Season period is compulsory dinner

Cancellation and No - Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:

Low Season: 3 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 35% of the package value for the package booking.
High Season: 10 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 35% of the package value for the package booking.
Peak Season: 16 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 35% of the package value for the package booking.
No-show: entire (100%) of booking period will be charged
