- Stay over night during year end will compulsory dinner on 31 December 2011 at cost USD 115 net/person and USD 57,5 net/child for children 5 - 11 years
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be added if the payment is made through credit card for the bank administration fee
- No check-in and check-out are allowed on 31 December 2011

Cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 5 days before arrival date,one night room charge will be imposed as can cellation fee
- During High : 27 days before arrival date,one night room charge will be imposed as can cellation fee
- Peak Season: 35 days before arrival date,one night room charge will be imposed as can cellation fee
- No show or early departure will be charged full duration of room reserved
- Group booking cancellation will be advised upon confirmation
