- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
- One child (11 year and under) when sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only. Rollaway bed for children is charged US$ 15 net/night
- There is an additional third person charge of US$ 40 net/person/ day for resort room and US$ 80 net/person/day for Club and Suite Room for people 12 years old and above which included extra bed and third person amenities only. Daily breakfast will be charged separately
- Children under 12 years old are unable to be accommodated at The Ritz Carlton Club due to tranquility of the Club Lounge.
- Hotel check in time 15:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- There is 7 nights minimum stay for all Villa bookings and 5 nights minimum for non villa booking are required for the period of 25 Dec' 08 - 07 Jan' 09
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- Low Season: For FIT Booking cancellation made in 5 days prior to arrival date until No-show will be charged one night room rate and for the Package booking is changed 35% from the total of value package rate.
- High and Peak Season ( Resort View, Ocean View, Deluxe Ocean View ) : For FIT Booking cancellation made in 16 days prior to arrival date until No-show will be charged one night room rate and for the Package booking is charged 35% from the total of value package rate.
- High and Peak Season ( Club Room, Suite and Villa ) : For FIT Booking and Package Booking cancellation made in 25 days prior to arrival date until No-show will be charged full entire stay room rate.
