TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with 1 extra bed per guest room and not recommended for Deluxe Room
- Children Meal: children meal policy is applicable for buffet meals and accompanied by parents
- maximum 1 children under 5 years old is free of charge
- maximum 1 children up to 12 years old is 50% off the adult meal rate
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast.
- Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner Dinner on 31 December 2010 at USD 65 net/person. Children including infant will be the same charge as adult rate
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
The cancellation fee will be applied if the the cancellation is made:
- During Low Season: 25 days before the arrival date, 1 night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
- During High/Peak Season : 50 days up to no show will be charged full charge of entire booking period
- No Show : In the event of no show, a full charge of entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee
- Group cancellation will be advised upon confirmation made
