TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with 1 extra bed per guest room and not recommended for Deluxe Room
- Children Meal: children meal policy is applicable for buffet meals and accompanied by parents
- maximum 1 children under 5 years old is free of charge
- maximum 1 children up to 12 years old is 50% off the adult meal rate
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged.
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast.
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner Dinner on 31 December 2009 is US$ 95 net/adult and US$ 47.5 net/child (between 5 - 12 years old)
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
The cancellation fee will be applied if the the cancellation is made:
- During Low Season: 7 days before the arrival date, 1 night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
- During High/Peak Season : 30 days until 17 days before arrival date, 1 night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee and 16 days up to no show will be charged full charge of entire booking period
- No Show : In the event of no show, a full charge of entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee
