Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
- Maximum of two children under 12 years old sharing with parent are allowed with one extra bed is free of charge including breakfast
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Superior room can not accommodate extra bed
- Extra bed rate is inclusive breakfast
- Staying overnight on 31 December 2009 will be compulsory dinner at cost USD 85 net/person
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

During LOW SEASON: 5 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed for normal booking or 35% from the package rate for the packagebooking

During HIGH/PEAK SEASON: 21 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed for normal booking OR 35% of the total package for package booking
- NO SHOW: will be charged 100% of the total booking period
- The above cancellation fee is subject to change
