TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
Children under 12 years old when sharing with parent in the same room is free of charge on room only and the breakfast will be charged.
Lebaran Period (18 - 26 Sept' 09)
Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:

Low Season: 5 days before the arrival date up to no show is imposed one night room charge
High Season/Lebaran Period: 10 - 25 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge and less then 10 days up to arrival date will be charged full lenght of room reserved
Peak Season Period: 15 - 35 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed and less than 15 days before arrival date up to no show will be charged full lenght of room reserved
Early Departure: during Low Season is imposed one night extra room charge and during High/Peak Season and Lebaran Period is charged full/entire of the booking period.
