GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The above rates are quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2008 through 30 June 2009
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Family Plan
- For Children age 5-11 years occupying the same room with their parent without extra bed, will be complimentary on room (breakfast will be charged US $ 6 net / pax / day ) and only maximally one child given free of charge on room.
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
The cancellation fee will be applied if the booking cancellation is made within:- Low Season: 5 days before the arrival date will be charged one night room charge
- High/Peak Season: 16 days before the arrival date will be charged one night room charge
- The same day or in the event of no show, the full length of stay or 100% from the total invoice will be charged
