Rates are inclusive of:
- 21% Government Tax and Service charge

- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
- One (1) child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge used existing bedding and Breakfast will be charged 50% from the adult meal rate per child /day, ( 0 - 4 years is free)
- Hotel check in time 15 :00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be applied of the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Minimum 5 nights stay are required for the booking during period of New Year (26 Dec – 10 Jan)
- Interconnecting room are available at Garden View only
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 7 days prior to arrival date, one night room charged
- High Season: 16 days prior to arrival date, a full 100% /entire of booking room charge will be charged for cancellation fee
- Peak Season: 35 days prior to arrival date up to no show, a full 100% /entire of booking room charge will be charged for cancellation fee
- No-Show: Entire of booking period will be charged if no show or cancelled at the same day of arrival date
