Terms and Conditions
- The above rates are quoted in US Currency and valid from 01 April 2011 – 31 March 2012
- Children under 12 years old is free of charge when sharing with parents or 2 adult at the same room
- Official check in time is 14.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 pm. The late check out until 18.00 pm will be charged 50% of one night room charge
- Overnight during Christmas Day and New Year period will applied the compulsory dinner as follows:
- Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2011 at cost USD net/person
- New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2011 at cost USD NET/PERSON
- Children under 12 years old will get 50% OFF
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- Low Season: 5 days before arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- High season: 10 days before arrival date will be imposed one night room charge and if the cancellation is made 5 days up to no show, the full length of room reserved will be imposed
- In the event of now show or early departure, the full length of room reserved will be charged
