Terms and Conditions
  • The above rates are quoted in US currency per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
  • Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
  • The additional charge will be applied for the payment made through credit card, bank transfer and Paypal
  • These rate are strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
Cancellation and No Show Policy
  • During LOW SEASON : if the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  • During HIGH/PEAK SEASON : if the booking cancellation is made within 16 days before arrival date one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  • NO SHOW: In the event of no show, a full (100%) of the entire booking period will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  • Cancellation is made after check in or early departure will be charged full length of stay
