  • 60 minute spa treatment (choosing between traditional Balinese massage, Aromatherapy or Hot Stone Massage)

Minimum 2 nights stay and above will get a choice of:

• 1 x full day tour - 8 hours including entrance fees, parking fee, private full ac transportation, tour guide, mineral water and lunch or dinner valid for 2 people or

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 January 2010 through 31 March 2011
2. The Bale does not accommodate children under 16 years old
3. Hotel check in time 15:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
4. The additional charge will be applied for the payment made through credit card, bank transfer and Paypal
5. Minimum 2 nights stay in Low Season and 3 nights stay in High Season
6. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel

No Show and Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made:

• During Low Season: within 16 days before the arrival date is imposed one night room charge
• High/Peak Season: within 23 days before the arrival date is imposed one night room charge
• No Show: cancellation within 24 hours and in the event of no show is charged a full of the room night reserved.
