Terms and Conditions
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2009 through 31 March 2010
- One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge on room only and Breakfast is charged on separately
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- New Year condition is minimum stay of 5 nights is required during the period of 28 Dec' 2009 - 05 Jan' 2010
- Additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Extra Bed is not allowed in Studio Suite
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 10 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as cancellation fee
- During High Season: 50 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee and if the cancellation is made within 7 days before arrival, a full charge of entire booking period will be charged
- No Show or Early Departure: in the event of no show or early departure during stay at the hotel, a full of entire booking period will be charged as cancellation fee
