TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009
- Children under 5 years old are free of charge on room and breakfast when sharing with parent and children from 6 year above is considering 3rd person charge with extra bed
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- The Extra Bed is not available at Superior Room
- Minimum 3 nights stay of booking is required for the period of 22 Dec' 2008 - 05 Jan' 2009
- Staying over night of 31 December is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2008 at cost will be advised
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
the cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 5 days before arrival, one night room charge or 35% of the package value will be imposed as a cancellation fee
- During High/Peak Season: 5 days before arrival date is charged the entire room night reserved valid for both normal booking and package booking
- In the event of no show or early departure, the entire room night reserved is charged valid for both normal booking and package booking
