TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- Children under 5 years old are free of charge on room and breakfast when sharing with parent and children from 6 year above is considering 3rd person charge with extra bed
- Child is not allowed to stay at Royale Suite
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast but it is not available in Superior Room
- The Extra Bed is not available at Superior Room
- Joiner fee is applied for every accompanied person from outside at USD 15.00 net/person/night room only
- Minimum 3 nights stay of booking is required for the period of 22 Dec' 2011 - 05 Jan' 2012
- Compulsory Christmas Lunch on 25 Dec 2011 at USD 25 net/person. Children 6 - 12 years old are 50% off from adult rate
- Staying over night of 31 December is compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2011 at USD 50.00 net/person. (Note: Buffet dinner only witout Gala Show and finish at 10:00 PM). Children 6 - 12 years old are 50% off from adult rate
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
the cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
- During Low Season: 5 days before arrival, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
- During High Season: 10 days before arrival date, 50% total room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee. Less then 7 days before arrival will charge full length of stay.
- During Peak Season: 21 days before arrival date, 50% from total room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee. Less than 10 Days before arrival date will charge full lenth of stay.
- Any changes made within 5 days before arrival date is consideredas a cancellation and subject to one night cancellation fee.
- In the event of no show or early departure, the entire room night reserved is charged valid for both normal booking and package booking
- Cancellation policy for group booking will be advised upon the confirmation is made
