The rates are inclusive of:
- Daily Breakfast up to 2 persons
- 21% Government Tax and Service charge
- Tropical welcome drink and face towel
- Free shuttle service to Nusa Dua area
- Coffee and Tea maker in the room
- Free 2 bottles of mineral water daily
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
- Maximum of one child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge without extra bed
- Children between 5 – 12 years old will get 50% discount of all meal rates and children under 4 years old are free of charge on meal
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Minimum stay 5 nights is required for staying during the period of 28 December 2011 – 03 January 2012
- Staying over night on the New Year period is compulsory dinner on 31 December 2011 and the rate will be charged US$ 120 net/person
- All single booking occupancy crossing in the night of 31 December 2011, there is extra charge (single supplement) 50% of the gala dinner rate.
- The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
- Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
Cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within:
- Low Season Period: 5 days before arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- High Season Period: 14 days before arrival date will be charge one night room charge
- Peak Season Period: 14 days before arrival date will be charge one night room charge
- In the event of no show, a full charge (100%) from the total room reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee
- Group cancellation will be advised upon the confirmation made
