TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2007 through 31 March 2008
- Due to the architecture design, the children under 12 years old are not recommended at Villa Semana
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- The above rate are based on 2 person per villa except for Deluxe Villa (2 - bed room) is able to accommodate 4 persons
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made:
- Low Season Period: 10 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 50% of the package value for the package booking
- High Season Period: 16 days before the arrival date will be imposed one night room charge or 50% of the package value for the package booking.
