TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2008 through 31 March 2009.
One child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parent is Free of charge with limited rollaway bed only.
Children meal is 50% off the adult rate.
Stay overnight on New Year Period is compulsory dinner at cost US$ 230 net/person and children under 12 years old is charged 50% off.
Four nights minimum of stay is required for the period of Peak Season (27 Dec' 08 - 10 Jan' 09)
Hotel check in time 15 :00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
The extra bed rate is inclusive Breakfast
Package rate is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate.
This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW

During Low Season and High Season
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

5 days prior to arrival date is imposed one night room charge for normal booking
3 days prior to arrival date up to no - show a full/entire of the booking period charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
In the event of the late check in or early departure during stay at the hotel, a full/entire of the booking period charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee.

During PEAK SEASON (27 Dec' 2008 - 10 Jan' 2009)
The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:

47 days prior to arrival date is imposed one night room charge for normal booking
5 days prior to arrival date up to no - show a full/entire of the booking period charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
In the event of the late check in or early departure during stay at the hotel, a full/entire of the booking period charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee.
