TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The rate is quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2010 through 31 March 2011
- Children under 12 years sharing with parent without extra bed are free of charge and they will be extended of 30% discount for meal rate
- Baby cot is provided free of charge
- Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
- Additional charge from the total invoice will be charged if the payment is made by credit card for bank administration fee
- Extra bed charge is inclusive of breakfast
- Stay overnight during New Year period will be compulsory New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2010 at cost USD 85 net/adult and USD 50 net/child
- Package rate below is a unit package rate and can not be broken down into a single/daily rate
- This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
The cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made within
- During Low Season: 10 days before arrival date , one night room charge will be applied for cancellation fee
- During High/Peak Season: will be advised upon the confirmation
- No Show or early departure will be charged a full duration of room reserved
- Group cancellation policy will be advised upon the confirmation is made
