Terms and Conditions

  1. The rates are quoted in US Dollar per room per night, valid from 01 April 2011 through 31 March 2012
  2. Hotel check in time 14:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. Late check out until 18:00 pm is 50% charged
  3. Additional charge will be applied if the payment is made through credit card, paypal and bank transfer
  4. Children policy
    • 1 child under 12 years old when sharing in the same parent’s room will be entitle for free of Rollaway bed on request bases for Superior and Deluxe Room Only. Meanwhile the other room categories are not available.
    • Breakfast for child 5 – 12 years old is charged USD 6 net/child/meal
    • Children under 12 years old will be entitled 50% from buffet adult meal prices
    • Children under 5 years old will be free buffet meals if dining with parents
  5. This rate is strictly valid if the booking made through Bali Star Island Tour and not valid for direct booking to the hotel concerned.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within:
  1. During Low Season : 7 days prior to arrival date , one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  2. During High/Peak Season: 15 days prior to arrival date, one night room charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee
  3. NO SHOW : booking cancellation is made on the same day of arrival or the event of no show, entire of booking period charge will be imposed as a cancellation fee including for package booking.
  4. Group booking cancellation will be advised upon group booking confirmation
