Terms and Conditions
- The above rates are valid from 01 April 2012 until 31 March 2013
- The above rates are net and included 21% government tax and service charge
- Children Policy: the children up to 2 children under 5,99 years are free of charge, sharing bed with parent and / or using existing sofa bed (only one available in each room) including breakfast. For children between 6 to 11,99 years old are getting 50% discount of extra bed’s adult rate including breakfast
- Sofa bed size is 70 x 180 cm
- Official check out time is 12.00 noon and check in time at 14.00. If there any extension stay after the official check out time will be charged additional fee automatically at cost 50% from daily room rate until 18.00 hours and after 18.00 hours will be charged full daily room rate. The late checks out spaces are subject to availability bases.
- Compulsory dinner will be applied automatically during stay as follows:
- Christmas Eve Dinner on 24 December 2012 at cost: USD 80 net/person and USD 40 net/child
- New Year Eve Dinner on 31 December 2012 at cost: USD 120 net/person and USD 60 net/child
- Note: children rate valid for age between 6 to 11,99 years old meanwhile children 0 to 5,99 years old are free of charge
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability bases
- Advance payment is required to secure the booking
- The above rates are only valid when the booking is made through Bali Star Island and not valid when the booking is made direct to hotel or other parties
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellation/No Show fee will be charged automatically when the cancellation is made within:- Low Season: 7 days before arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- High Season: 30 days before arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- Peak Season: 35 days before arrival date will be imposed one night room charge
- In the event of no show, 50% of the full room rate for entire duration of stay by minimum of 2 nights stay
- This cancellation fee valid for individual booking only, meanwhile for the group booking will be specified on our confirmation
