All therapists are women and fully trained by minimum of three months on dh spa lesson course to ensure a smooth and professional handling. All of them are well controlled by therapist trainer and Japanese Guest Relation Officer to determine the therapist pass the high qualification standard. They have also trained to be an outstanding therapist to understand the manner and language to take care all guests with friendly services.
