Ayur-Vedic Treatments

	Prana Shirodara (60 minutes) The Shirodara is one of the most desired Ayurvedic treatments in spas around the world. Its purpose is to induce a feeling of absolute calmness and serenity but it is also regarded as an anti-ageing treatment. Prana Shirodara begins with a mind-soothing Indian head, scalp, neck and shoulder massage to help melt away any held tensions or stress. Your therapist will then massage and nurture the vital marma points to stimulate and energize the body system. Allow yourself to totally relax when a golden stream of warmed, medicated oils is poured continually over your third eye (located in the centre of your forehead), for twenty minutes. 	Prana Rebalance (1,5 hours) Immerse yourself in the healing world of Ayurveda with this signature treatment originating from India . Prana Rebalance is like an all-over detoxifier, designed to bring you into a grounded state of wellness. This begins with a Pizichil, a synchronicity massage where two therapists simultaneously massage warm medicated oils into your body. The Udgarshana is where healing powders and herbs especially imported from India and unique to Prana are applied to stimulate circulation and recondition the body. This is followed by the Mavarakizhi , a technique using poultice bags filled with curative herbs and powders to help alleviate fatigue, improve digestion and relax any stiffness held in the body. The Pina Sweda is where steaming towels infused with herbs are then draped over the body to cleanse and detoxify. Free transfer services for the area of Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak and Sanur will be covered minimum treatment in value of US$ 125. Outside of this area or below the amount mention will be charged as additional cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the booking cancellation is made one day before the treatment date, 50% off the treatment charge will be imposed and if the cancellation is made at the same day of the treatment date, 100% of the treatment change will be imposed as a cancellation fee.
