Tanah Lot Temple is a temple located above big stone and resides in middle of sea and if the sea water have gone up hence this temple looked to be like adrift. Tanah Lot Temple own the very wide area and very beautiful view especially at the (time) of sunset. This Temple have come to the tourism object where a lot of visited by tourist from local and also foreign. This Temple is built by Empu Kuturan (is a Hindu priest extending Hinduism in Bali) where at that time of his journey have time to stop in Tanah Lot and built this temple. Yesterday in Tanah Lot Temple looked to be a few differing from previous day caused by temple festival. Temple Festival in Tanah of Lot Temple on Wednesday Wage wuku Langkir (base on Hindu calendar) where entire Hindu community exist in Bali especially in regency of Tabanan come trooping to pray in this place. They come dressily with Balinese Costume which is looked natty, white and beautiful and also bring the offering (Sesajen/Canang/banten) with their kith to realize their feeling to devote to Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa (mention God for Hindu people ). Although in Tanah Lot having rain in all day long, it is not make the Hindu society not to come to this place. Temple Festival in Tanah Lot has been drawn up far previous day. This work is done to launch the way temple festival itself and this work is start from making offering, altar and a lot of other unique and complicated matter. Tanah Lot Temple looked after by local resident which have location in Beraban Village and those who during the time draw up this ceremony. There is an interesting matter seen in this place, where in each temple festival, a lot of merchant vending its merchandise by the side of road go to this temple.
