3 All booking confirmations are subject to availability basis.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Departure from Labuan Bajo
1. If the booking cancellation is made within 10 days before the service date up to no show, a full (100%) of the total tour reserved will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Departure from Bali
1. The cancellation policy will be notified upon the confirmation made
Method of Payment
Bali Star Island Tour offers the flexibility of the payment method. We can accept credit card, cash or wire transfer.
  • If you wish to settle the payment by credit card, the additional charge of 3% from the total invoice will be charged as the bank administration fee and the credit card guarantee must be sent as how it is stated on Guarantee Booking below.
    We can accept Visa, Master, JCB, Diners and Amex Credit Card
  • You can settle the payment by cash upon arrival in Bali, however the guarantee booking below are absolutely required
  • If you wish to do by the wire transfer/bank transfer, you can transfer your money through our bank account and send us the bank transfer slip after it is completed

In order to secure your booking, please send the following documents through our fax number +62-361-778409 or via email attachment no latest than the deadline date which is given on the confirmation otherwise it will be released automatically from our system and your booking will be subject to availability basis:
Before submiting your reservation, please kindly find clearly the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy on the hotel rate to avoid misunderstanding occur.
Once you have submitted your reservation, it will be replied by Bali Star Island Tour within 24 hours and please ensure you write the correct e-mail address at the space above. If you have not received any answer after 24 hours, please contact our reservation at info@balistarisland.com .
