We were in Bali on November 30 and we would like to thank you for a wonderful tour. Our guide Dewa Adnyana met us at the cruise ship port with a welcoming smile and escorted us to our tour van driven by Putu Nova. Our day was fabulous with great information about Bali from Dewa and professional, safe driving by Putu. I would just like to say me and my partner had our tour today to the kintamani volcano and Tanah lot. We have been on many tours during our 2 week stay in Bali and I have to say your driver Dewa who drove us today has been the best tour guide we have experienced in our entire holiday . He is very happy, friendly and very informative with his knowledge during the tour. We were relaxed and at ease the entire day with Dewa we never once felt pressured or awkward with Dewa as we have on some other tours. I will be recommending to all my Australian friends who are planning their holidays to Bali that if they book any tours through your company to ask if Dewa can be their guide. I am writting this email as I think it is good for the company to recieve feedback on their tour guides and because we really believe the company should be made aware of what a wonderful employee they have with Dewa, he is an amazing man and it shows very clearly that he loves his job and really respects clients. So thank you for providing us with such a fantastic tour guide it really made our last days in Bali something to remember.

My wife and I had one of the best tours ever. Thanks to your guide and driver who picked us up just after breakfast at Benoa harbour, and drove us deep into the country side to see the local craftsmen working and on to the adventure of a life time at the Elephant Park at Taro, were we had a delightful lunch and my wife enjoyed a 45 minute elephant ride taking her around the edge of a jungle and back to the elephant park. The return trip included a visit to Ubud Village and we were back at the ship in time for dinner.
Please give your guide and the driver our good wishes for making our 50th wedding anniversary so special.
