Group Activities
This program is started from the Bewish MICE Team pick up the group from
PT. Voith Paper Rolls Indonesia at the lobby of
Westin Hotel. The participants were very enthusiastic to follow the cruise to Lembongan and depart at about 09:15 am to Beluga Port (the place of embarkation) in Tanjung Benoa. Arriving at Beluga, they were greeted by two Balinese girls and all the crew
Sailsensation and then they raised one by one cruise and were treated with a welcome drink.
After all participants are in the cruise, the journey begins to go to Lembongan Island and take about 1.5 hours. The cruise more exciting with the live entertainment of Trio Batak and singer electone that make the entire group dance on the floor and follow the music presented. The event livelier after the leadership of PT. Voith, Mr. Buyung Wahab was requested by MC to join for karaoke and was greeted by enthusiasm from all participants. Upon arrival at
Lembongan Island, the group participants get ready to be transferred to the Beach Club by using a small boat.
On the beach club, the participants have been greeted by embedding flowers with Baleganjur performance done by some of Balinese kid and re-treated with the welcome drink. After having some relax, the programs are continued with some fun games (
Team Building) executed at the seashore. The Participants have been divided into 5 groups and each of group is marked with a different color bandanas. Each group will choose one person as their leader in every game. Since the limitation of time, the games can be carried out three games only comprises Magic Ball, Tug of War and Hole in One. The group having lunch at 12:30 noon and enjoy the BBQ lunch buffet at the Anchorage Restaurant.
Some cruise activities can be continued after lunch like village tours, banana boat and snorkeling. All activities are enjoyed by the troupe makes them very happy and make memories for each of participants. At 15:30, the group returned to Tanjung Benoa with an exciting cruise to enjoy the atmosphere. When arrive at Benoa Port, the groups are transferred back to hotel to enjoy next programs.
